• Service data: public YouTube metadata via the official YouTube Data API v3; optional OAuth data if you explicitly connect your account (minimal scopes; revocable).
• Operational data: logs and diagnostic information (e.g., request timestamps, error logs) used for security and performance.
• Payment data: processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

3) How We Use Information (Purposes)

• Prepare, deliver, and improve your reports and related support.
• Communicate about orders, invoices, delivery, and updates.
• Ensure platform security, monitor performance, and comply with policies and law.
• YouTube API Data: We use YouTube API Services to access public channel and video metadata solely for generating your requested reports. We do not access private user data or perform any actions on your behalf.

YouTube API Data: We do not share, sell, or transfer any data obtained through YouTube API Services to third parties, except as required to generate your reports or as required by law.

6) Retention

• Short-term caches of Public Data (7–30 days) to minimize duplicate API calls.
• Order/contact and billing records retained as required for business, tax, or legal obligations.
• We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
• YouTube API Data: Raw API data is temporarily cached (7-30 days) and then permanently deleted. Only aggregated insights persist in final reports.

7) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, secure credential management). No method is 100% secure.

8) Your Rights

• Access, correction, deletion: email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• Data Revocation: You may revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
• GDPR/UK GDPR: you may have rights to portability, restriction, and objection, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): right to know, delete, and correct; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
